A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure to meet up with the lovely Anita and her mum.

Anita show me how to make this cute Jelly roll quilt.

I had this purple jelly roll for years... it was so nice to finally use it.

I love the end results... it was so fast to make!!!

I am going to give it to my niece for her 18th birthday.

Hello, yes I am back.....

Life has had it up's and downs....

I have been radio active again to treat thyroid cancer...

Off medication to have the treatment and test...body scans.

Surgery maybe later on in the year.

I would like to thank Sheryl, Peg, Melody and Michelle for your lovely surprise gifts..

They really made my day and made me feel HEAPS better. They put a smile on my face.

But I have been slowly getting back into my sewing 

I am way behind in my SKOW quilt...

Here is the first row sewn together

I love this bag..... I have stitch the places we as a family have travel together..

Can you see "Japan" we will be there in April over Easter... yay!!!
