How cute is this. It is the new BOM called" Twas the Night before Christmas" from Helen Stubblings. There are seven blocks and it includes a transfer stitchery for each block. (This is what I always like as it makes life a lot easier!). So go to her blog as she is having a GIVEAWAY.

I have been a busy "vegemite" today. I completed four more blocks of my pansy quilt. I am just making up my own pattern. I have always loved this fabric.
Do you like my two posy pin cushions? The pattern is from May Blossom (designed by Simone Gooding). I made them using the most beautiful wool felt. They are soooooo fun to make.

I made this apron with a group of "crafty" friends. Yes, it is made with the same pansy material I made Lorraine's quilt with. Everyone loved the material so much that they wanted to use it as well. 
This is a cute wall hanging call "A Lovely Place" by Hatched and Patched. I made it a couple of years ago. I think it was the only thing I made back then. (The quilt has been made straight but I notice it doesn't in my photo).

There are forums, online advice from industry experts, conversion charts, colour wheels, free patterns and class listings.
There will be interviews with all your favourite designers, quilters, patterns makers and authors. There will be tutorials with me and with other sewers from here and overseas, podcasts and coverage from shows and articles about all maner of exciting things.
Best of all, there are great unique gadgets - Fabricmatcher, which is an online tool which lets you match patterns to fabrics and see what your project will look like without sewing a stitch, and Find Fabric, which is the niftiest thing that will find the fabric you are looking for without you having to search for it for hours on the internet. It's so clever it even searches shops in your vacinity first to save you on international postage. How cool is that?
Plus there will be an online buy and sell area called SEWiNg, which is where you can sell the stuff you sew to the people out there who don't sew - and some of the ones who do :)
