Christmas swaps

I have receive some beautiful gifts.
Both of them made my cry when I open them!!!
 I receive this beautiful project (Cinderberry Stitches pattern) from the lovely Megan...
I just LOVE it!!!!  She made it in one of my favourite fabric ranges call Sugar Flower.....
Inside was a note book and pen... to sketch some patterns.
Hopefully one day I will get to meet her.
Thanks SO much Megan..... I will treasure it!!!



My SSCS gift came from the lovely Margaret from Spain.
I just LOVE what Margaret sent me!!!
She made me a sewing bag. I just LOVE the angels!!.



Inside were more gifts.....a matching pincushion and a cute needlecase.
And some tissures...

For Christmas I also receive a new laptop... Yay.

More Christmas sewing....

I have finally finished my Christmas sewing...

My Garden by Lynette Anderson is a gift for my mother-in-law.


This is my favourite block.


Filly Dilly bag by Janelle Wind is a gift for my sister-in-law



Christmas Bon Bon by Anni Downs is going to my other sister-in-law.
Just need to fill it with some yummy chocolates.



Busy day tomorrow, they are all coming over for Christmas lunch. The whole 12 of them.

Christmas sewing.....

I have been very busy sewing trying to get some Christmas presents really for the BIG day.
I made this table runner for a friend and purchase some cute candles from Dusk.
I hope she like it...

And her daughter LOVES dolphins so I had to make her a Melly and Me pattern - Dee Dee.
Her favourite colour is blue.


Dancing is over for another year for my daughter Jess and her friends.

SSCS

My SSCS parcel arrived today!!!!
It made it's way all the way from Spain.
I don't know who it's from yet..... I have to wait until Christmas Day.


I wish I was able to open both of them... 


I did open my Christmas ornament...

Wow - how beautiful it is too... I LOVE IT.

Sewing for some friends...

One of my best friends birthday is just a week away. So I have been busy sewing...
So of course I had to make her a Rosalie Quinlan "Friends" needlecase.
She also LOVE owls....

Day at Bathurst.

I know... I havn't been around much lately... I have been busy with secret Christmas sewing!!!

Yesterday I had a road trip with the "LOVELY" Anita.
(We were just like Thelma and Louise).
Anita had to put up with me!
 We didn't stop taking the whole 3 hours there and back.


 We met up at Hatched and Patched with the beautiful Chookyblue, Alison, Kate, Deb and Khris.
 Here are the girls spending too much money!!!

Anni showed us her new Christmas fabric range coming out next year... so ever cute!!!!
 I just LOVE angels.... and had to bring this cute girl home with me from Anni's shop....

We had lunch at Crepes Royale in Bathurst....

Presents and Quiltaid 2011

Look what I receive in the mail.... a "cute" pincushion handmade by the lovely Gail Pan!!!
Cute hey... thanks Gail I love it.
 I was ask by the lovely Sarah from Quilt fabric delights if I would do some sewing for her..
 I made two samples blocks for the new "Quiltaid 2011".
This one is design by Gail Pan called "Holy Hill".


Bronwyn Hayes called Bluebirds of Happiness.... cute hey...

My Birthday!!

Sewing, and Life!!!!

Its my birthday on Thursday..... oooohhh I am getting old!!!
My best friend made me this quilt.... very cute.

I finish my retreat seat from Stitching at the Water's Edge retreat....




Here is a picture of  my daughter Jessica being baptise a couple of weeks ago....


Life can be up and down... my husband came home from work on Friday...
 to tell me that he has lost his job.... an American owned company with no money.
So now I have to keep him busy in between my other jobs.

On Thursday, we did book our holiday to Japan.... we are going next April...
 Something to look forward to.
